- We only work with Highly Qualified and Experienced Healthcare Professionals, screened and selected per criteria below:
- Current license with Minnesota Department of Health.
- Employment eligibility verification and corresponding documentation establishing identity and work authorization
- Criminal background checks and annual verification that employee is not on Office of Inspector General (OIG) list of excluded individuals or Excluded parties List System (EPLS)
- Verification of recent work references
- Satisfactory results on TB test, as applicable to position
- Current BLS/CPR for nurses
- Recent performance evaluations
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination or declination
- Other immunizations as required by Client
- Completion of annual regulatory training such as HIPAA, OSHA, Dementia etc
- Minimum experience threshold: 6 months for NARs, 1 year for nurses
